Now as fitness professionals, we spend a large amount of time immersed in a world of hyper- body-conscious critics. Our bodies and fitness accomplishments define us professionally, but we promise that we have both experienced ALL of the same challenges that you have and will.

During our pregnancies, we both had to figure out what to eat (or what to try NOT to eat – not always a successful venture), how to exercise, how to stay positive andmotivated, and how to look in the mirror and accept our changing bodies.

After our pregnancies, we had to figure out what to eat all over again, how to be patient and recover appropriately, how to re-inject a consistent fitness regimen into our lives, fitting it in for ourselves between family needs and work needs, how to stay positive and motivated (while being sleep-deprived) and how to look in the mirror once again and accept our changing bodies.
